Returns and Refunds

SCOTT BARGAINS accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery unless a product page states a different condition.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, clean, undamaged and returned with original packaging, labels and accessories. Products marked final sale, personalised or hygiene-sensitive may be excluded where permitted by law.

How to start a return

Email support@scottbargains.com / +44 7853 168297 with your order number, item name and reason before sending anything back. We will reply with return instructions and the correct return route.

Refund timing

After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may need extra processing time.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
